At Sharpening Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a tool or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, honing guides, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our warehouse address using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned sharpening equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
